Jess leads her pitching staffs with an athlete-centered and holistic approach. She also shares her knowledge by growing and empowering the softball community as a returning developmental softball coach for MLB Develops, working alongside former Olympians, current college coaches, and masters of the game to improve the national impact RBI programs have on the softball space. As a mother herself, Jess knows what it is like to want the best for your daughter and has fostered an environment where both the athlete and parent can navigate the challenges of recruiting, bridging the communication barrier many families face along the path towards college athletics.
